Individual private lessons are great for anyone recovering from injury as well as anyone seeking to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. Private lessons may be held in your home or a private studio location.

Group sessions are a great way to bring friends and family together! Yoga can be incorporated into many celebrations including birthdays, wedding parties, school events, etc. Yoga is also an excellent cross-training activity for sports teams. Maria is available to teach groups of all ages and levels at the location of your choosing.

A yoga class is a great way to show your employees that you care about their wellbeing. Beyond the physical practice, Maria is available to teach pranayama (breath work) and meditation which are excellent tools that your staff can build into their daily routine to manage their stress. Maria explained proper form and movement in a way that I could grasp and also went deeper into the alignment, breath and purpose of each pose. The flow of the class was well curated, starting with a fantastic warmup routine that opened up my body, specifically focusing on my wrists (I have tendonitis) so that I never felt like I was putting too much pressure on them throughout the class. The class focused on the wrists, forearms, shoulders and spine – key areas of stress and tension for a musician like me. Throughout the practice, Maria also dove into the spiritual meaning behind what we were doing, which I particularly connected to and enjoyed. I have always been apprehensive about practicing yoga, specifically because I felt it would cause too much stress on my wrists and hands (which I need for my job), but Maria’s class left me feeling more open in those areas as well as my shoulders and spine. She did a great job building from the basics of each pose into the full routine so that I felt like I was able to understand and take full advantage of the class/practice.
